By downloading, accessing, or using the Klodsy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Klodsy is an AI-powered fashion assistant that helps you:

• Organize your digital wardrobe
• Generate personalized outfit recommendations
• Discover new styling possibilities
• Get fashion insights and tips
• Plan outfits for different occasions

3. User Accounts

To use Klodsy, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

When you upload content to Klodsy:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to process your content for AI analysis
• You confirm you have the right to upload the content
• You agree not to upload inappropriate or copyrighted content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Klodsy to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Subscription and Payments

Klodsy offers both free and premium features:

• Free features include basic wardrobe organization and limited AI recommendations
• Premium features require a paid subscription and include unlimited AI styling, advanced wardrobe analytics, and priority support
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings
• Refunds are handled according to App Store/Google Play policies
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

Right of Withdrawal (EU Users)

EU users have the right to withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 days. However, by using our premium features immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal as the service is fully performed.

7. Intellectual Property

Klodsy and its AI technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our service
• Access our proprietary algorithms or data

8. Privacy and Data

9. Beta Features

Klodsy may offer beta, preview, or experimental features. These features:

• May be discontinued at any time without notice

10. Disclaimers

Klodsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

• Compatibility with all devices
• That the service will meet all your needs
• Security of content uploaded to the service

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klodsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these Terms
• For prolonged inactivity (more than 2 years)
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
• You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

For users in the EU: You have the right to submit complaints to your local data protection authority and may use online dispute resolution platforms provided by the European Commission.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of Klodsy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turkey, except where prohibited by local consumer protection laws.
