Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
If you would like to delete your Klodsy account and all associated data, please send your request to our support team.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] using the email address linked to your Google account.
Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line to help us process your request faster.
What Happens Next?
Verification
We will verify your identity by confirming the email address matches your Google account.
Processing
Once verified, your account and all stored data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information and preferences
- All wardrobe photos and clothing items
- Outfit recommendations and history
- Style preferences and ratings
- All personal data stored in our systems
- Minimal authentication data required by Google (email, user ID)
Data Retention Policy
We only keep minimal data required by Google authentication for login purposes. This includes:
- Email address associated with your Google account
- Google user ID for authentication
- Basic profile information (name, profile picture URL)
All of this authentication data will also be removed upon account deletion.
